Course policy
What I commit to when you sign up for mentoring, written down so you do not have to ask.
A refund within 30 days
For 30 days from the day you sign up, if you want to stop, I return the full fee. No reason asked, no explaining needed. Message me at the email or number on the contact page and the transfer goes out within five working days.
After 30 days there is no refund, because by then most of the material has been covered. If something in your life forces you to stop, tell me and I will hold your place in a later class rather than let it go to waste.
Changing dates, and postponed classes
If something comes up for one session, tell me beforehand and I record it for you to watch in the student area. If a class does not fill, I move it to the next month and tell you the new date as soon as I have one, or refund you if waiting does not suit.
Materials and recordings
The videos and materials for your class stay open to you for as long as the student area runs. In return, keep them inside the class.
Your details
I keep your email, phone number, CV and my notes from the mentoring, and use them only for the teaching. Nothing is sold or passed to anyone else. Ask me to delete it and I will.
