Project Manager
About
How did I get into project management?
My professional journey began as a software developer, where I gained a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and technical precision. As I advanced to the role of software architect, I specialised in designing scalable, maintainable systems and guiding engineering teams toward excellence.
That hands-on technical background is still one of my greatest strengths. It lets me bridge business objectives and technical reality, and keeps every project decision grounded in quality, scalability and long term value.
What made me move from architecture to delivery?
As my responsibilities grew, I found myself increasingly drawn to the intersection between technology and people. Successful delivery does not depend on strong architecture alone. It depends on clear communication, strategic planning and team alignment.
That realisation led me into project management, where I could use both the technical expertise and the leadership instinct. Over the past eight years I have led software projects of up to eighty people, guiding cross functional teams to deliver complex systems on time and at high quality, with a focus on structure, discipline and long term sustainability.
What do I want every project to leave behind?
Great project management is not just about meeting deadlines. It is about creating clarity, building trust, and moving teams toward outcomes that matter.
My mission is to make sure every project I lead delivers value to the client and to the people behind it. I take pride in discipline, transparency and a commitment to quality in every phase of delivery.
Beyond results, I try to build teams that grow together, where engineers, designers and managers all understand the reason behind a decision and feel free to do their best work.
