Meet ChienFresher Developer Class, one to five mentorship
A six month learning journey for aspiring developers starting from zero. It builds strong technical foundations, teaches real project workflows, and gives you the confidence to pass developer interviews. Alongside coding, I teach the soft skills that decide a first year: communication, problem solving and professional work habits.
Team Lead Class, one to three mentorship
A focused programme for developers ready to move toward lead or senior positions. You learn how to recognise and build quality, how to think like a manager, and how to plan a career path on purpose. Through personal guidance and real project discussions, you develop the judgement and confidence to lead both people and products.
